Fill pass silo vulklep van Vortex Valves voor toepassing in een gesloten of “close loop” pneumatisch transport systeem waarbij de kostbare transportlucht constant hergebruikt wordt. Geschikt voor transport van goedlopende poeders of granulaten in een pneumatisch transport systeem met een werkdruk tot 1 bar, speciaal voor het vullen van silo’s met een ringleiding zonder gebruik van een losse filterunit, minimaal drukverlies, gas en product dicht naar de afgesloten poort en naar buiten. Mechanisch zelfreinigend na elke cyclus. Schakelen in productstroom. Uitwisselbare slijtdelen, afdichting kan na-gesteld worden zonder de wisselklep uit het systeem te halen. Atex volgens EG richtlijn 94/9/EG zone 20. Polymeren afdichtingen volgens EG richtlijn EG1935/2004. .

SM	Gate blade is electropolished. Polyethylene (PET or UHMW) pressure plate seals are used to replace nylon.
