Flex tube Wisselklep of Flexibele slang wisselklep van Vortex Valves in 2-weg of 3-weg uitvoering. Geschikt voor transport van poeders of granulaten in een pneumatisch transport systeem met een werkdruk tot 1 bar, voor het verdelen van 1 naar 2 transportlijnen of andersom, minimaal drukverlies, gas en productdicht naar de afgesloten poort en naar buiten. Minimale breuk van product door lange radius van bocht. Minimale productdegradatie. Mechanisch zelfreinigend na elke cyclus. Gladde productcontactdelen. Schakelen in productstroom. Uitwisselbare slijtdelen, afdichting kan na-gesteld worden zonder de wisselklep uit het systeem te halen. Atex volgens EG richtlijn 94/9/EC zone 20. Polymeren afdichtingen volgens EG richtlijn EG1935/2004.

The Flex Tube Diverter has net-running “live loaded” wear compensating hard polymer seals which are self-cleaning on each actuation. |
