Manuele schuifafsluiter van Vortex Valves is ontworpen voor het afsluiten van een droge stof productstroom tijdens een noodsituatie, service of onderhoudswerkzaamheden in stortgoedinstallaties. De manuele schuifafsluiter sluit in nood situaties moeiteloos door een stilstaande productkolom en is geschikt voor toepassing in een vrije-val, vacuüm of pneumatisch transport systemen met een werkdruk tot 1 bar.

Vierkante constructie is naar de buitenzijde druk-dicht tot 1 Bar! Standaard is de manuele schuifafsluiter leverbaar met ronde inlaat en uitlaatadapters voorzien van een DIN of ANSI gatenpatroon. Product contactdelen zijn uit staal of RVS met polymeren afdichtingen volgens EG1935/2004. Atex volgens EG richtlijn 94/9/EG zone 20.
